The cases currently available* to exhibition competitors are listed below in order from easiest to most difficult**. Participants in more difficult cases will be given a bonus when scoring the event. These cases are designed for the purpose of instruction; to demonstrate how eNegotiation can be an effective component of conflict resolution. All of these cases are negotiations between two parties. In some cases these negotiations are presented as alternatives to litigation.
